We are focused on providing our clients the highest level of service available, and to become a true resource to them. Our diverse group of sales professionals concentrates their efforts into each customer type - owners, design professionals and contractors. Our objective is to better understand the customers needs, then to work closely with the design professionals to ensure that our products are specified and ultimately provided on their projects. We have made a substantial investment into our relationships with our clients, and hold those relationships in the highest regard. Through this, we have established a high level of trust with all of the major decision makers in our market that has paved the way for our involvement in practically every major project.

Our people are our greatest asset. We have assembled a group of individuals with varying, yet complimentary talents. Thus, we are able to channel each individual's efforts towards clients and opportunities that are in concert with their skills. We place a very high emphasis upon ensuring that our products are specified, and our people are compensated generously for this. Our product line is second to none. We are able to provide practically all of the major components on most commercial, municipal, industrial, or institutional projects. This establishes us as a systems resource to the design professionals, and separates us from traditional vendors. Additionally, this ability allows for us to package these components on our bids where it makes sense or simply secure certain portions or products on a given project - an essential capability in the Arizona market.

We have continued to diversify our offer greatly over the years, yet we have assigned specialists into each product category so that we can maintain focus on our strengths. Twenty-five years of sales experience in the Arizona HVAC Market including eight years (last 3 as Zone Sales Manager) with York International's Engineered Systems Group - Arizona and Nevada. Five years as Vice President of a major Arizona HVAC manufacturer's representative firm. Founded AZME in April 1997. Primary focus on large Mechanical Contractors and Owners. Board Member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America - Arizona (ACCA) for over ten years.

Seven years experience in various accounting fields: government contract implementation and accounting, cost accounting, construction accounting, tax accounting and basic bookkeeping. Eleven years experience with human resources, financial management, office management, project management and customer service. Beyond overseeing all financial aspects of the business, handles human resources and business forecasting.

Jennifer has three years experience as an Administrative Assistant combined with two years customer service experience. She joined AZME in November of 2006 and her role includes part and warranty orders, scheduling equipment start-up, order expediting and tracking, preparing submittals and O & M Manuals, and providing support to AZME and Sigler staff.

Engineering Degree - from Delta College and Saginaw Valley State. Greg has completed multiple Manufacturing training courses, and holds a certificate sponsored by MCAA at the University of Texas @ Austin in construction project management.

Greg joined AZME in August of 2008 bringing with him a comprehensive background in the mechanical industry including past employment as an engineering student for General Motors and Dow Chemical Co. during his college career. Has over 20 years combined experience as a project manager/estimator for a mechanical contractor, and inside/outside sales associate for an HVAC rep firm. Greg's recent move from Michigan, where he worked in outside sales for an HVAC rep firm, is an exciting transition for Greg and his family and a welcome addition to the AZME team.

Enjoyed a 4 year professional basketball career after graduating from college. Joined Sigler in February of 2003 after relocating from the suburbs of Chicago. Shawn grew up in the HVAC Industry working with his grandfather and father at their sheet metal shop in Waukegan, IL. Married to Lynn and they have 4 children (Morgan 13, Nathan 7, Payton 5 and Jordan 10 mos.)

Focuses on working with building owners, Arizona schools, and general contractors on mechanical system solutions. Past experience includes working for general contractor and civil engineering firms. Has been a part of the Arizona construction industry since 2005 and is an active member of the USGBC, ASHRAE, CASHE and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO).

Kenley Kyle

Bachelors & Masters of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.

A native of Carrollton, Texas, Kenley began his career with the Carrier Corporation in 2000 where he completed Carrier's rigorous sales training program for graduate engineers. Kenley moved to the Valley of the Sun to join Sigler Inc. in 2001 where he assumed the role of sales engineer and began calling on mechanical engineering firms and building owners seeking solutions to their HVAC needs. Currently he has assumed the role of consultant engineering manager where his responsibilities include developing sales strategies with consultant engineers and building owners while staying committed to the Engineering Department's recruiting and training goals. In his free time, Kenley enjoys mentoring students in science and engineering, road cycling, golfing, skiing and being with friends and family. He and his wife currently reside in Peoria, AZ.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.

Has fourteen years of experience in the HVAC industry. Prior to joining Sigler Commercial in 1999, Patrick worked for two separate mechanical consulting firms in the Valley of the Sun. This experience has proven invaluable in his current role at Sigler, where he calls on and provides technical support at the consultant engineering level.

Bachelor of Science Degree - Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.

Ryan joined Sigler November of 2007 with 4 years of Mechanical Engineering experience at Air-Zona Systems Engineering. His experience includes project, clientele and drafter management combined with a range of mechanical engineering projects. His role involves outside sales & supporting the over goals of the Engineering Department. His background in engineering seamlessly facilitated his focus on being an asset to key engineering firms.

Associate in Science Degree - Air Condition and Sheet Metal from Pima College.

Art entered the HVAC industry in 1973. His experience started in the service side and graduated to owning his own mechanical contracting business. After selling the business he entered into the sales side working for several factory owned branches in Arizona. In 1995 he started at Sigler in the commercial sales side. His primary focus has been working with mechanical contractors and engineers.

Tawnia, a native to the valley, has been a part of the Sigler Team for 10 years. With hard work learning the industry, she has moved up within Sigler organization from sales support, purchasing, inside sales and now has been in outside sales for 6+ years. Her account responsibilities are on the contracting side of the business where she has developed great knowledge of the HVAC industry as a whole and is focused on identifying the contractor's business needs.

Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University - 2004

John worked in the residential building industry before joining the Commercial Department at Sigler in 2006. Working hard to increase his knowledge of the industry, John has moved up through the department from Estimating to Sales Support and finally into Sales. Currently focusing on customer development, his position as Inside Salesman allows him the opportunity to work with many of the up and coming contracting firms in Arizona. Having the ability to work from the office on a daily basis makes him more accessible and more responsive to his customer base.
